Morgan was born on July 2nd, 1989 (Alex Morgan age: 30) to Pamela and Michael Morgan. Morgan and her sisters Jeni and Jeri were raised in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles. Morgan was an athlete of multiple sports throughout her youth, but she only discovered soccer at 14. Morgan joined the Cypress Elite club team and came first in the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship. She also came in third place in the bracket for under-19 players.
